Heart of University Park Kitchen Remodel

Heart of University Park Kitchen Remodel

Built in 1938, this traditional home resides in the North Central Dallas city of University Park. Our clients worked with Lynn Brook Studio to update and create a more open kitchen concept where their family could all gather. They replaced their faux distressed cabinets with Shaker style cabinets in a rich “deep twilight” blue. They selected Quartz countertops and backsplashes and chose a walnut butcher block for their expanded island. Their down draft cooktop, originally located in the island, was reconfigured as well. The pendant lights over the island, the subzero built in refrigerator and stainless-steel appliances added an elegant, modern touch.

The renovated kitchen brings a new level of warmth, functionality, and charm that our clients will love for years to come!
