Meet the South Tampa Team

 
Simon started his career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a cost manager and contractual advisor of construction projects, in the UK. As a Partner of the International Construction and Cost Consultancy Gleeds, Simon managed teams on multi-million to billion dollar developments all over the UK. Simon and his family moved to the Cayman Islands and was heavily involved in rebuilding the devastated islands after Hurricane Ivan - both in the residential and commercial sectors.

They moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada where he specialized in passive housing, modular housing and commercial projects throughout the Province. Having travelled to and invested in property for the last ten years in Tampa, Simon chose to return here and put down roots in beautiful Tampa Bay.

Alair South Tampa is staffed by a dedicated team of Projects Managers, Project Assistants, Carpenters and an Administrative team. The company’s professionals offer years of experience and a personalized approach to each project, ensuring clients are taken care of by people who understand the process of building a one-of-a-kind custom home.

 
A proud Canadian, Tiffany’s career started in London, England where she lived for many years. She excelled in the field of Lighting and Technical Production for the Events Industry in the UK and across Europe. As Director of Sales and Marketing she helped successfully grow two companies from start ups to hugely successful industry leaders.

Whilst living in the Cayman Islands, Tiffany worked with the leading event specialist and created new working relationships with high end clients including the Government of the Cayman Islands.

When the family moved from Vancouver to Tampa and Alair South Tampa was launched, Tiffany honed in to her knowledge of growing up in Property Development and now runs the Operations side of the business with a fabulous team.

 
Adam began his construction career hauling shingles and digging holes as a summer job, gaining skills as a carpenter and foreman along the way. He owned and operated his own business in the Northeast for 12 years before escaping the cold weather and joining Alair South Tampa in the Sunshine State!
 
He brings with him lifelong experience in the construction field and can often be found in the gym, competing as a NPC bodybuilder, driving his motorcycle, and backpacking his way through the the Sierra Nevada and Rocky Mountains. We're glad to have him on the Alair South Tampa team!

 
Anthony is well-seasoned in the construction industry. He began his career at 17, working with his father on remodels, managing and flipping homes in New Jersey. Anthony went on to learn how to build a wide variety of structures, from houses to barns to schools and fire stations across the eastern seaboard States. After making a move with his family to Pennsylvania, he honed his skills in commercial construction and climbed the industry ladder quickly.

He now brings his strong work ethic, high standards of quality and tenacity to succeed to the team and clients at Alair South Tampa. Anthony enjoys travelling with his family and visiting new places in the country. In addition to skateboarding or gaming with his children, Anthony is busy studying Building Materials and Finances.

 
Charlyne started with Alair Homes in early 2021 as a Project Assistant. She enjoys helping implement the client's vision and assisting in the day-to-day duties. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Business Management and Marketing degree and considers herself a valuable team player.
 
Charlyne has always had a passion for arts, from dancing to photography, and she thrives at any chance to be creative. She and her husband Ryan, have daughters that keep their hands full and their hearts fuller.

 
Marquis joined Alair South Tampa in December 2020 and is an integral part of our team. He is responsible for job site conditions, ensuring that our trade partners have what they need to work safely and efficiently on a daily basis. Marquis is born and raised here in Tampa and is a big Buccaneers and Gators fan!

 
Chace has grown up in construction in Minnesota. He has done hands on work on construction sites from start to finish of a project. He takes great pride in his work and loves problem solving.

In his spare time Chace is an adrenaline seeker - from downhill long boarding to BMX bikes and everything in between. When he finds extra time he is often found working on cars and loving on his dog, Ed.

 
Kaibo was born in Hawaii, was moved to California and then to Seattle, before she adopted the Amesbury family during their son’s hockey tournament weekend. She lived her early years in Vancouver, BC and has since adapted to and loves the Florida sunshine and lifestyle.

Kaibo is our Director of First Impressions, Chief Therapy Dog and all round smiler and greeter to everyone who visits… she is a particular favorite with our client’s children during planning meetings.
