Renz Architecture, PLLC specializes in residential architectural design in the Northern Virginia area. My design process is very unique because I work fully in 3D. I understand that 2D floor plans and elevations can be difficult for many to read and even harder to imagine how those drawings translate into 3D space. We can use 3D technology to take you on virtual tours of your home either in person on via a video conference call. Would you prefer to walk through the virtual model yourself instead? No problem. I use an app that you can download on your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop, and you can navigate the 3D model at your leisure. My clients (and especially their kids) absolutely love this! Not only is it fun but, it helps you see and experience your new home before it’s even built. I’d be honored to work with you and your family on the design of your home.
