Meet Team Alair

Chad Hackmann

Alair Homes Arlington was established by Chad Hackmann, who has been involved in the DC Metro area building and remodeling industry since the mid 90’s. Hackmann, a native of Missouri, brings that “show me” attitude to Alair by establishing a company that demands strong customer advocacy. Hackmann is intimately aware of what it takes to build and remodel homes in Arlington and the surrounding area, because he has lived and worked here for over 20 years. Partnering with Alair enhances Hackmann’s vision that a void needed to be filled in what options homeowners had to build and remodel their homes. They needed someone to work in true partnership with them throughout the entire building and remodeling process.

Alex is the behind the scenes glue that holds the office together. She was actually a client on two different significant projects with Chad so she knows both sides of the client-builder relationship very well.  She was born and raised in Northern Virginia and currently lives in Falls Church with her husband, two children and pets.
