Originally from the Midwest, Chad's journey in the construction field began in Washington, D.C., in 1996. His dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results quickly earned him a reputable name in the industry, and in 2006 he started his own building and remodeling company.

Chad is deeply rooted in the Arlington community, having resided there since 1997. He has been an active member of the Arlington Chamber, the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), and the Custom Builders Council. In 2017, he joined forces with Alair as Regional Partner for Alair Arlington.

But his most important role so far is as a devoted family man, having been happily married for 24 years, and is a proud father of four children, ages 10, 12, 14, and almost 16. He enjoys spending time with his family, embarking on long drives together, and attending his children's events, from baseball games to cheer competitions and plays. He stays active through golf and tennis.

Alex brings a unique perspective to her role with her extensive firsthand experience as a former client. Having personally gone through the building process three times, Alex understands the stress and pressure involved in building projects, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Working diligently behind the scenes, Alex ensures that every project progresses smoothly and efficiently. From coordinating various aspects to ensuring timely payments, she ensures that all necessary processes are followed meticulously. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are instrumental in keeping everything on track.

Originally from Alexandria, VA, Alex has deep roots in the local community. She currently resides in Falls Church City, VA, with her husband, two children, and two dogs.

Jonathan Olarte leverages nearly two decades of construction industry expertise in his current role. With a bachelor's degree in Finance and a background as the former owner of a design and build outdoor storage company, his transition to Alair in 2020 marked a pivotal moment in his career.

At Alair, Jonathan serves as a passionate project manager, dedicated to steering clients toward their dream homes. To him, lumber and wood symbolize more than mere materials - they constitute the very essence of his clients' aspirations, transforming into the structures that bring their visions to life.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jonathan immerses himself in the hobby of crafting model cars, channeling his creativity and precision into these intricate projects during his leisure time. His dedication to craftsmanship, both in his professional life and personal pursuits, reflects his commitment to materializing ideas into realities.

Originally from Laredo, Texas, Andrew began his career in commercial construction in San Antonio before relocating to Northern VA in 2016.

As a project manager, Andrew finds fulfillment in helping homeowners realize their dream homes, learning new construction methods and techniques, and meeting new people with different perspectives.

Andrew is a proud member of a large and diverse family across multiple states. With one sibling and two adorable nieces, he values the connections and love that his family brings into his life. In his spare time, you can find Andrew at the gym, reading, 3D modeling, playing basketball, grilling, enjoying music shows, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, or spending time with his two pugs.

Maseeh's passion for building custom homes extends beyond just his role. He is genuinely invested in each project he works on and takes pride in seeing his clients' dreams become a reality, going above and beyond to ensure flawless execution.

Maseeh firmly believes honesty and transparency are crucial to building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners. His communication style is clear, concise, and direct, fostering an environment of shared understanding and minimizing the potential for misunderstandings. With over four years of experience in real estate sales and construction, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Alair team.

Having lived in the DMV for the last eight years, Maseeh enjoys the outdoor activities in the area, exploring Great Falls Park, and attending sports games and supercar meets.
