We were privileged to undertake a complete renovation of a stunning beachfront home on Fort Myers Beach, orchestrating a harmonious blend of coastal charm and contemporary elegance. The project encompassed a comprehensive interior overhaul, complemented by thoughtful exterior enhancements, resulting in a home that radiates light, openness, and coastal chic.

Internally, every facet of the home was reimagined. Collaborating with Feil Flooring, we introduced new flooring and a bespoke staircase, setting the stage for a sophisticated interior. Intricate wall and ceiling details, alongside fresh drywall and painting, breathed new life into the living spaces. However, the pièce de résistance was the kitchen transformation by Abernathy Finish Master—formerly subdued in browns and creams, now a captivating blend of navy and bright white, complete with under-cabinet and in-cabinet lighting. The island, now a focal point for gatherings, comfortably accommodates five, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Beyond cosmetic upgrades, our team extended their expertise to exterior enhancements. New shutters and a fresh coat of exterior paint revitalized the facade, while updates to the pool equipment and deck, a paver driveway, and new garage doors infused the property with renewed vitality. Additionally, our partnership with Performance Air of SWFL delivered a new HVAC system, ensuring year-round comfort.

The resulting home is a testament to our commitment to marrying coastal tranquility with contemporary sophistication. Soft color palettes, natural textures, and elegant furnishings converge to create a space that feels light, airy, and welcoming. Natural light floods through strategically placed windows, illuminating the carefully curated design elements that define this coastal oasis.
