Louis excels at establishing the big picture of projects by communi­cating Alair Milwaukee’s mission and values and helping clients define what is most important for them. With over 25 years of experience in the field, his goal is to help homeowners make an informed decision regarding who they partner with for their projects. Louis is recognized as a leader in the industry, having held several positions in both local and national organi­zations. When he’s not at work, Louis enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog, especially rock climbing, hiking, skiing, and fishing.

 
Brooke specializes in helping clients make choices with product and design selections to smoothly transition them into Construction. Brooke has a degree in Interior Design which allows her to provide solutions that are both functional and beautiful. Brooke’s favorite and most common travel destination is Florida, and she loves to spend time outside.

 
Art is responsible for projects in production and oversees our trade partners to provide the best experience possible for our clients. With over 35 years of experience and being a NARI Certified Lead Carpenter, Art is an expert in the industry and uses his skills to provide superior customer satisfaction. Art loves outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.

 
Morgan, the Design Project Manager at Alair Milwaukee, focuses on bringing projects from conception through to the start of construction. By collaborating with our customers, design partners, trades, and in-house delivery team, Morgan serves as a consistent point of contact, ensuring that we are well-prepared for success when the construction phase begins.

With 7 years of experience in the Custom Home Building and renovation industry, Morgan brings valuable insights to all her projects. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in 3D Design from the University of Iowa.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys yoga, outdoor activities, exploring the city, attending music shows, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

 
As the Director of Operations at Alair Milwaukee, Peter leads the delivery team to ensure every project is a success. His skills in strategy, project management, cost control, and quality assurance ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry across three continents and a Master’s in Business Administration from Kingston University London, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to our custom home building and renovation projects.

In his spare time, Peter serves as a Non-Executive Director and Board Trustee at two non-profit organizations. He enjoys living life with his family and friends, traveling, and drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and landscapes.
