Under the roof of the spectacular Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom, our teams immersed themselves in a full day of team building and education. We were honored to have Debbie Killeen, Trade Representative, of the Sub-Zero Group Southeast team, guide us on a special tour of the showroom. With every step, we learned valuable insights for specifying and installing their exceptional product lines.
At Alair, we hold education to the highest regard, recognizing it as the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. This event was a testament to our dedication to continuous learning, a crucial element woven into the heart of every project we undertake. The Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove showroom served as a rich source of knowledge, enhancing our meticulous building processes.
Amidst the learning, we were treated to a sumptuous lunch prepared by the in-house culinary wizard, Chef George.

During our showroom tour, we uncovered new, innovative cooling technologies, spacious interiors, and properly ventilated designs. We explored Sub-Zero’s reimagined refrigeration, boasting a redesigned classic series and thousands of design options. Adjustable door shelves, air purification, nano-coated glass for easy cleanup, and spill-proof shelves showcased their dedication to detail.
One standout feature we discovered was Sub-Zero’s clear site LED lighting. It fully illuminates the interior, reducing shadows and adding light overhead under each shelf and crisper drawer. Their Designer Series offers a seamless look, featuring disappearing custom panels for a truly mesmerizing collection of fresh features.
Custom Space Tailoring and Versatile Ovens
Our journey also led us to the realm of custom space tailoring. We delved into possibilities like warming drawers for towels and cooling drawers for cosmetics and beverages, bringing innovation to everyday spaces. Sub-Zero Wolf’s versatile ovens and cooktops, including convection steam ovens, have redefined cooking – with many clients opting for a convection steam oven over a microwave. This hot trend enhances flavor development and offers endless culinary possibilities.
We also learned that interior designers are leaning towards the brand’s new gray and brass knobs for dual fuel ranges. It’s an exciting way to refresh the look of your kitchen effortlessly. Whether you’re after a sleek and modern vibe or a touch of timeless elegance, their knob collection offers a range of choices to match your vision.
