Meet The Lake Toxaway Team

 
Kevin Collins is a graduate from Clemson University. He launched his career building golf courses in Atlanta, GA. In the early 2000s Kevin and his wife Suzanne moved back to the Upstate of SC where he started his own residential building company. Kevin partnered with John Holbrook in 2020 to open Alair Blue Ridge. Together they build beautiful custom homes across Western North Carolina and Upstate SC.
 
Passion: Kevin sits on the board of directors for Anderson Pregnancy Care. A non-profit organization committed to providing counseling and assistance to those women who believe themselves to be facing an untimely pregnancy. In 2019 Kevin and his wife Suzanne donated a new building to the center.

 
Bruce Young brings over 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience to Alair Homes Blue Ridge. He has worked in the field and climbed the ladder to the management level. This experience working in the trades enables him to better understand the importance of delivering a quality finished product. Bruce is skilled in project development, design supervision and project management.
 
Bruce attended East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN and has lived in the Asheville area for over 35 years with his wife and 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Hard work and building relationships are skills Bruce has developed and have been a key to his success in business and life.
 
In his spare time Bruce likes to play golf, watch all sports, travel and spend time with his family.
