When we initiated the planning phase for the LaurelHurst Renovation project, our clients were residing in London with the intention of returning to the Pacific Northwest once construction was underway, eager to be involved in the process. However, unforeseeably, the global pandemic disrupted these plans right around the midpoint of the project, compelling our clients to remain in London throughout construction and beyond. In accordance with the original plan, the parents of our clients relocated to the main floor accessory dwelling unit. Once the world regained some stability, our clients made their way back and are now relishing the comforts of their newly transformed home.
