Meet Team Alair Houston

A love for building, that may have started with Legos™, has turned into a lifetime of creating incredible structures that have been built with passion, integrity, and skill. He is a Texas A&M graduate, has been building custom homes and renovations since 2003, having owned Bolio Custom Homes before joining the Alair family in 2017. He is married to Michelle, with two boys and a dog named Cooper. Chris serves as the Vice Chair on the Custom Builder’s Council for the Greater Houston Builders Association and in his spare time, he loves racing, fitness, rebuilding cars, and cooking. Having moved to Houston when he was four, he has spent his life admiring the fiercely independent, fiercely loyal, and extremely friendly people that call Houston home.

Nick Spector’s passion for home building started in 2002. He prides himself on being a good listener and also on asking the right questions in order to build dreams while creating lasting friendships. His goal is to make the client’s experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Nick is the proud recipient of a Texas Association of Builders Star Award, an award offered for demonstrated excellence in project management. A graduate of Texas A&M School of Engineering, years working in the Oil and Gas Industry, and an extensive construction background add to the foundation of Nick’s success. Nick is active in his church and is volunteering his expertise in erecting a new building for the congregation. He and Erika are the parents of two beautiful children and their dog, Penny.  In his spare time, Nick enjoys volunteering for his children’s soccer teams and the local Boy Scouts, camping, and watching/supporting Houston and Texas Aggie sports teams. 

Bryan founded Cason Graye Homes, in 2004 and has been building new homes since 2000. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Houston and is a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder. Bryan enjoys giving back to and collaborating with the building community. He serves on the board for the Custom Builders Council for the GHBA as well as the Education Committee.

A native Houstonian (more specifically Bellaire and Meyerland), Bryan is a die-hard Astros fan and loves the occasional round of golf. Bryan confesses that the success of Cason Graye | Alair wouldn’t be possible without the support of his wife Myra and their three girls Colby, Sloane, and Blake (our future Designers & Project Managers).
