Meet The Gilbert Alair Team

Jeff started his construction career in 1991 after graduating from college with a certificate in Energy Efficiency of New Home Construction. He is a journeyman carpenter and has managed or owned and operated construction companies since that time. He currently has 5 national certifications in the construction industry. CGR and CAPS from the National Home Building Association, and CRPM, UDCP, and CLC from National Association of the Remodeling Industry. Jeff is happily married and has 4 children and 6 grand children. He grew up and started his career in Illinois, moving to the Phoenix area in 2006. He’s an avid golfer, loves to ride his motorcycle and loves spending time with his grandchildren.

Dan worked on the technical side of mass communications for decades before he chose to join forces with Jeff in the construction industry.  The fit was immediate as the best aspects of quality construction are found in the details, and that is where Dan feels at home.  He enjoys keeping everything running smoothly by attending to the details of tracking what should be happening and when.  Dan is process driven and his years in the communication industry helps him deliver quality products and services to Alair clients.  Dan grew up in Wisconsin and met his wife in Arizona many years ago while visiting the desert for Spring Training. Dan and his wife Terri have 2 daughters. Dan is an avid Packers fan and travels back to Wisconsin frequently to cheer on the Pack.  Dan also enjoys golfing and a fine cigar.
