Tucked within the coveted Northwest Ridgeview Development of Johnston, Iowa, the Meadow Springs Grand Revival Home Show Project is a striking blend of old-world charm and modern elegance. This 5,523-square-foot residence is Alair Des Moines’ full expression of design excellence—created entirely in-house as a signature showcase for the 2025 HomeShowExpo.

With full creative direction and the opportunity to shape every decision from the ground up, the team leaned into timeless architectural inspiration, modern functionality, and elevated design details at every turn.
