Partner

Andrew is the owner of Alair Des Moines and is passionate about building value to each and every client. He oversees the operations and shares general contracting responsibilities. Andrew takes the client’s vision and puts it into action by paying close attention to details. He ensures that every aspect of his Alair homes is planned out and perfected from the very beginning.

Jason Boggess

Project Manager

Jason Boggess is the project manager on all custom homes and renovation projects. He oversees the process from start to finish and ensures the details, expectations, and quality standards are met with each home.

Amy Long

Partner Assistant

Amy graduated from Central College (Hoo-rah!) in Pella, Iowa. She is the office administrator and performs a wide variety of tasks in the office, with her primary one being overseeing the finances. Unlike most people, Amy loves dealing with numbers and you’ll never catch her at work without a smile on her face. She manages to hold the office together while always maintaining a positive attitude – and sometimes she’ll even branch out her creative side by contributing to marketing brainstorm sessions!
