Virginia Highlands Pool House

Small lots are unfortunately the norm in Atlanta’s popular Morningside neighborhood. But a great house and location meant a solution had to be found to add a proper pool, pool house, two-car garage and multi-purpose room for friends and family. The high point of this project was the combined functionality and smart layout in the accessory building. Utilizing a split-level design, kitchenette, and full bath could flow seamlessly to the porch and pool while upstairs a multi-purpose room serves every family need and downstairs a generous two-car garage provided protection and storage.
