Meet The Team

I’ve been with Alair since 2017, but my love for building goes way back—I started in construction at 16. Over the years, I went from drywall contracting to senior project management. It all began in 2006 when I met Jim Krantz while working on a show house, and that connection led to a lasting professional relationship. What I love most about my work is the transparency, open communication, and trust within the team, allowing us to create one-of-a-kind homes.

I joined Alair in September 2024, bringing over 35 years of experience in administrative support. I’ve always loved keeping things organized and making sure everything runs smoothly. Over the years, I’ve worked in hospitality, healthcare, and construction, learning the ins and outs of operations, executive support, and project management. A friend recommended me for this role, and now, as Office Manager, I get to support finance, project managers, and day-to-day operations. I love the fast-paced, problem-solving nature of the construction world and making sure my team has everything they need to succeed.
