2017 Spring Showcase
This storey and a half modern farmhouse was featured as Roc’s 2017 spring showcase. It incorporated both rustic and contemporary elements. The exterior siding is a blend of vinyl, brick, and stone, with black and white trim accents creating a more contemporary look. This blending of styles was continued in the interior of the home.
