Mike Scarlett
Partner
Alair Homes Partner Mike Scarlett has been building and remodeling award–worthy homes for more than 30 years. His career began in San Diego, California, and he is well known in southern California having built homes in La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, among other exclusive communities. Over the past 17 years, Mike has specialized in custom home building, remodeling, and commercial construction across the North Texas region. In 2020, he transitioned his business to Alair Homes as owner/partner.
Mike is a proud member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). He is a firm believer in volunteerism and has a lifetime of dedication to his community. He has been a mentor at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, was a past board president of Spirit of a Hero, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial, moral, and community support to veterans of the U.S. armed forces, and has donated three home remodels to disabled veterans.
