Jennings continued his education at Clemson University and pursued his degree in Business Management while he built homes during the summer. Jennings operated Reality Construction for 15 years prior to joining Alair Homes.
When he is not working, Jennings enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, his two sons Jennings and McCarthy, his daughter Heidi, and being involved in his church.

Daniel Peek

Daniel is a native of Atlanta, and has been involved in the industry since 2009. A biology major, Daniel graduated from the College of Charleston and worked with the South Carolina DNR before being drawn into custom homes and remodeling.
An avid fisherman, Daniel lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Ellen, and their son, Ford.

Michael Coutu

Michael Coutu started his career in the airline industry, working for Delta Airlines. A graduate of Charleston Southern University, Michael was drawn to the construction industry in 2014, with a desire to work with people by building unique homes. Michael has renovated 2 of his personal homes, and resides in Summerville with his wife Amanda, and son, Wesley.

Mark Temple

From an early age, Mark could often be found around the house dismantling things and putting them back together. His fascination with how things are built, and how well they last, has carried over into his passion for construction excellence. After finishing college in 2008, he began building custom homes alongside his now partner, Jennings Smith. When he isn’t working, Mark enjoys fishing, competitive shooting, cooking, and spending time with close friends.
