Mid-Century Home Renovation

Our team completed a full remodel  of this home in Hollin Hills, which had not been touched in decades and deteriorated from water and insect damage.

We opened the kitchen to the rest of the public space and reconfigured a full guest bathroom to eke out an additional powder room. The primary suite was relocated to a new separate wing with dramatic ceiling lines. Grey-painted interior doors add to the mid-century feel, and an expanded new carport ties the original house and addition masses together and creates a more protected front courtyard.
