Whitefish Bay White Oak Kitchen
We completed a large addition for this family in 2017, extending the back side of the house to create a larger garage and an exquisite master suite above. With a home filled with charming arched doorways, leaded glass windows, crown mouldings, and hardwood floors, they needed a kitchen that matched the tranquility of the transitional addition.
The kitchen previously felt like a maze due to a peninsula that cut off the flow of the space. The dark colors throughout the kitchen made it feel really cramped and cluttered. Our clients wanted bright, fresh, and crisp. The custom cabinetry is balanced perfectly with the white quartzite countertops and white oak ceiling. The peninsula was replaced with an island which created a natural flow where the family of 5 can cook and spend time with one another.
