I regularly check the schedule to see what the upcoming actions are. If I ever have any questions, I use the message board and receive a prompt response from whomever is responsible – be it the project manager, designer or accountant. Our Project Manager was fantastic and very attentive to detail and always followed through with everything while keeping us informed. Even when things went wrong, he just handled the issues without causing us any stress. I also liked how he took it upon himself to change or fix things when he thought they looked wrong… things that we would have never noticed. He didn’t have to do that. He could have just let them go. I think it shows how much he really cares. I really liked using Co-Construct. It made it very easy to approve things and I loved being able to access everything about our project in one spot. The house only took 10 months to build from when they poured the slab until we moved in. I think that’s incredible for a 4,800 sq ft custom home… especially right in the thick of Hurricane Harvey. The scheduling seemed to be on point. I went by the house pretty much every day and I rarely saw nobody there. Our project manager had all the sub-contractors starting when the last guy finished.
