Meet the Team

 
Bryan founded our legacy company, Cason Graye Homes, in 2004 and has been building new homes since 2000. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Houston and is a Certified Graduate Builder and Graduate Master Builder. Bryan enjoys giving back to and collaborating with the building community. He serves on the board for the Custom Builders Council for the GHBA as well as the Education Committee.A native Houstonian (more specifically Bellaire and Meyerland), Bryan is a die-hard Astros fan and lovesthe occasional round of golf. Bryan confesses that the success of Cason Graye | Alair wouldn’t be possible without the support of his wife Myra and their three girls Colby, Sloane and Blake (our future Designers & Project Managers).

 
Alison’s passion for design is inspired by the memories she has of visiting her father in Europe every summer. Born in France but raised as a true Texan, her travels inspire her to create homes that transport others and make them feel happy. With over 5 years of interior design experience, she knows how to make our clients building experience from start to finish memorable and as exciting as it should be. Alison finds the most rewarding part of her work is when she brings our client’s overall vison together and gets to see their reaction to their new home.Outside of work, you can find her exploring new places, walking her adorable yorkie named Louie, or creating new art pieces with her mom.

 
Sarah is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University, holding a degree in Communication and Business. Having joined Cason Graye | Alair in 2018, she brings to the team a background in development and events to her role as Office Manager.Her passion centers around people; creating and maintaining a positive and upbeat environment that enhances our overall client experience.She is detail-oriented, organized, with an eagerness to learn and grow professionally and personally. In her free time, Sarah enjoys being active, cooking and spending time with her husband, daughter (and son on the way!) and golden retriever, Nola.

 
Jeff has been with Cason Graye | Alair since 2013 and has expertise in project management, estimating and purchasing. Apart from spending four years at St. Edward’s University in Austin to get his Bachelor’s degree, he has lived in Houston his entire life.In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and playing golf.

 
Gavin graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston and spent 11 years in education before deciding to pursue a new career in construction, which has always been a fascination of his. Gavin has been in the construction industry since 2005 and brings a vast array of knowledge, experience and management skills to our construction team. Gavin and his wife grew up and live in Sugarland with their two daughters. Gavin is a huge Aggie and Houston sports fan. He loves to hunt and fish (whenever someone invites him) and is also an avid golfer.

 
Brad has been in the home building industry since 2013 and graduated from the University of Houston in 2006. He is passionate about his job and enjoys working with our clients to help create their dream home. Brad was born and raised in Richmond, TX where he currently resides. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, working out, and staying active.

 
Cody graduated with a Bachelor's Degreefrom Sam Houston State University in 2013 and has enjoyed building new homes since 2016. Cody has building in his blood and has been exposed to the various aspects of construction from a young age as his father has been in the building industry for decades. He has truly always had a pure passion for building and takes pleasure in helping bring a homeowner's vision to life. Cody lives in Katy with his wife and kids, and enjoys kayaking, fishing, hunting and playing golf.

Jonas has been in the construction industry since 1995. Having worked in multiple fields within the industry, he has continually sharpened his construction knowledge and insight, and has been a successful Project Manager building custom homes since 2018. Jonas was born and raised in Houston, TX and currently resides in Spring, TX. When he’s not working, Jonas loves spending time with his wife of twenty-one years and his three sons.

 
Pablo has been in the new construction and remodeling industry since 1993. He has been a part of the Cason Graye | Alair family since 2007. Pablo has three children, loves sportsand has called Houston home since 1989.
