Steve has been an entrepreneur since the age of 21. After launching his career in real estate in 2001, he has successfully completed hundreds of transactions and managed tens of millions of dollars in projects. Prior to 2008, he also owned a contracting business that completed hundreds of renovations over several years. After several years of investing in real estate and property flips, Steve transitioned to his role as a partner for Alair Gold Canyon building custom homes.

Steve’s attentive approach and ability to understand the homeowner’s vision are hallmarks of his business. In recent years, he has thrived in the custom home space, honing his skills in business development, project management, trade partnerships, and client relationships.

In his free time, Steve loves spending time with his family doing anything adventurous. His favorite outdoor activity is riding his dirt bike, especially with his friends, his brother Bill, and his 11-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter.
