Our clients, a busy family of four, loved their home but were eager to make the space more open and functional. They chose Lynn Brook Studio to help them design their Master Bath and Kids Bath. From the lack of closet space to the cramped built-in cabinets, to the small shower, their Master Bath needed renovation. Closet space was enlarged by incorporating space from the hall closet, and the built-in cabinets and a wall were removed. The sleek floating vanity had slab door style cabinets made from beautiful black walnut with LED recessed lighting. The enlarged shower included a bench, Maximo Milazzo Grigio II Polished porcelain tile and Hex Honed Mosiac grey tile floor. The free-standing Barclay tub and Pottery Barn recycled glass chandelier added an elegant touch.
The Kids bath was completely gutted, with the wall between the vanities and tub/toilet removed. They added modern floating slab door style vanities with artic white quartz countertops and a frameless beveled edge mirror. The shower includes Keystone Mosaic floor tile and Cemento Cassero Bianco tile on the walls and bench. The contemporary, reconfigured space will be enjoyed for years to come.
