2021 Residential Detached Structure National Winner
The rear of the property had an existing garage that was constantly being flooded by the rain. Water intrusion was an understatement. “He” wanted to solve the drainage issue and have a garage capable of housing multiple cars, motorcycles, and a workshop and thought, “Why not add an outdoor kitchen?” “She” was tired of having a pond for a pool and thought, “Oh yeah, why not add a guest quarters?” After much consideration for a remodel, a new structure was deemed necessary. The new structure features a guest house with pool, bath, guest quarters, garage, and a fabulous outdoor kitchen.

Residential Kitchen Over $150,000
Originally built in 2001, this kitchen was tired and unoriginal and included glossy black countertops, white cabinetry and tiled flooring. The new owners had a flair for the spectacular and desired a new kitchen suitable for entertaining, often 75 to 100 guests. They wanted the quality and durable factory finished cabinets, the best appliances they could afford, blended into a unique design. An eat-in island was also a must. Throughout the process, they discovered exactly how big their dreams really were! The new space features glossy white flat front cabinetry, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, quartz and Ceasarstone countertops, bookmatched, white porcelain slab walls with veining, and two islands.
