After raising two children in their Waxhaw home, the homeowners dreamed of transforming the interior layout of their home to better meet the needs of their family. Originally built in 2004, there were many spaces of the home that were dark, dated in style, and were not being used. The homeowners loved their location and wanted to stay in the Waxhaw golf community but wanted a home that was functional for their lifestyle. As big entertainers, they wanted spaces ideal for hosting many people. The finished renovation showcases a relaxed-yet-elegant home built for entertaining and indoor-outdoor living.
