Jeff Gorszczyk is the managing partner at Alair Chandler, drawing on over three decades of construction expertise. Starting as a kid cleaning job sites, he graduated college with a certificate in Energy Efficiency of New Home Construction in 1989.

Since then, he has consistently managed or owned and operated construction companies, earning a variety of national certifications in the construction industry. Jeff is a certified Graduate Remodeler from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), certified Aging in Place Specialist, certified Lead Carpenter, certified Remodeling Project Manager, and certified Universal Design Professional.

Jeff specializes in trim carpentry, electrical wiring, and plumbing, and has a reputation for his comprehensive construction background and attention to detail. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and riding his motorcycle.

Dan worked on the technical side of mass communications for decades before he chose to join forces with Jeff in the construction industry. The fit was immediate as the best aspects of quality construction are found in the details, and that is where Dan feels at home. He enjoys keeping everything running smoothly by attending to the details of tracking what should be happening and when. Dan is driven by process, and his years in the communication industry help him deliver quality products and services to Alair homeowners.

Dan grew up in Wisconsin and met his wife in Arizona many years ago while visiting the desert for Spring Training. Dan and his wife Terri have 2 daughters. Dan is an avid Packers fan and travels back to Wisconsin frequently to cheer on the Pack. Dan also enjoys golfing and a fine cigar.

George Momich serves as a project manager at Alair Chandler, boasting over three decades of construction experience. His extensive expertise spans various facets of the industry, with a particular focus on tile , where he has dedicated over 20 years to honing his craft. Renowned for his dedication to facilitating trades, George consistently exceeds expectations in delivering stunning finished projects. His professional accomplishments are underscored by a commitment to excellence and a track record of delivering stunning finished projects that exceed client expectations. Outside of work, George finds joy in sports and beach outings, cherishing moments spent with his three children

Sammi Hernreich, a project coordinator at Alair Chandler, holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration ('09), a Master of Management ('11), and various project management certificates from the University of Phoenix. With a diverse background, including 15.5 years in higher education at the University of Phoenix and coaching high school softball for six seasons, Sammi brings a wealth of organizational expertise to her role. Notable achievements include receiving The President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2012 & 2013 and the Executive Dean Award in 2018. Outside of Alair, Sammi has over 250 hours of tattoos and treasures spending time with her daughter Kassidy. A passionate Chicago sports fan, she enjoys softball, bowling, motorcycle rides, and attending White Sox and Blackhawks games.

Sammi's favorite aspect of working at Alair is being part of a remarkable team dedicated to making clients' visions a reality. As the newest member, she brings enthusiasm, organization, efficiency, and a warm smile to every project. Sammi takes immense pride in being a part of Alair Homes Chandler.

Taylor Glenn serves as a dedicated project manager at Alair Chandler. Taylor's journey began directly from high school, working in construction labor while pursuing a degree in construction management. Over the past seven years, he has transitioned seamlessly into project management, demonstrating a knack for orchestrating successful projects. Starting his career in Virginia, Taylor specialized in bath and kitchen remodels before relocating to Phoenix in 2022.

Outside of work, Taylor is an avid national park visitor, having visited an impressive 51 out of 64 while enjoying hiking, camping, and off-roading. What Taylor treasures most about his work with Alair is the opportunity to work with a group of people who are not only dedicated to building beautiful projects, but to constructing something that our homeowners will love.
