Building Your Custom Home

1. Initial Consultation: Discuss needs/wants/likes/dislikes and critical design/lifestyle information
of what you are looking for in your new home.

2. Concept Drawings: Concept drawings are discussed based on initial consultation insuring your home is designed to your exact specifications and meet your budget requirements.

3. Working Drawings: Prepare detailed working drawings which will be used for permit application submission.

4. Building Start: Upon receipt of building permit on site work begins. Pre-scheduled meetings are set around milestones.

5. Building During: Monthly/Weekly updates including photographs are sent to you keeping you informed of the entire building process. You have complete control to make any and every change necessary throughout the build to ensure your new custom home is exactly what you want. We are available to you at all times seven days a week, 365 days a year.

6. Building Completion: Your new home will be completed on time and on budget. Upon completion a thorough site inspection is performed in which we will provide you with all manuals and warranty materials.
